IL CUORE DEL NOSTRO METODO
Basato su oltre 10 anni di ricerca e pratica, questo metodo è stato sviluppato congiuntamente da Josephine Eve e dal fratello gemello Henry Eve, unendo la loro visione e competenza comuni.
Il metodo si basa su una semplice verità: impariamo meglio vivendola. Invece di memorizzare le regole, pratichiamo piccole azioni utili in contesti reali, ripetendo frasi quotidiane come “Posso avere il conto, per favore?” finché non diventano una seconda natura. Le micro-vittorie creano fiducia; la fiducia diventa fluidità.
Applichiamo lo stesso ciclo per le lingue e per i team: abitudini chiare → connessione giocosa → integrazione riflessiva → una creazione condivisa che rimane. Questo è il nucleo del nostro metodo: ripetizione, linguaggio della vita reale e connessione emotiva.
Lo abbiamo visto funzionare in tutte le età e in tutti i contesti, anche in aziende in cui abbiamo scelto di mescolare principianti e livelli intermedi invece di separarli, perché le persone imparano meglio ascoltando, imitando e provando.
